Ivy Cottage, Penzance, is a barn conversion in a lightly wooded suburb of Penzance providing
accomodation for up to 6 persons +cot in two bedrooms.
The property sits
in a tropical garden in the grounds of the listed Alverton House only a short walk to the town and harbour. There is
off street parking and we can provide storage for boat trailers and dive ribs.
